If you are a Crystal Palace fan, please find here all the information needed to attend to the pre-season friendly game in Metz this coming Saturday.

How to buy tickets

There will be no ticket sales on the day of the game at the stadium for English supporters. Tickets will only be available to book online, in person at the box office in Selhurst Park, or by calling the Ticket Line on 08712 000 071.

The box office and ticket line will be open from 9am to 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday, with tickets being available to book online outside of those hours. You’ll find more details about this Ticket Sale on CPFC website.

In addition to a confirmation email, all supporters who book tickets will also receive an E-Ticket (sent separately within 24 hours) for entry to this match.

This E-Ticket must be printed, and then exchanged at Metz’s Stade Saint- Symphorien for a match ticket. Please be aware that only the match ticket will gain you entry in to the match, and that only the E-Ticket can be exchanged for a match ticket. You won’t be able to buy a match ticket at the Stadium, if you didn’t get an E-Ticket previously.

How to go to Stade Saint-Symphorien

All English supporters have to come by the Stadium Street (“Rue du Stade”) along the Mosel Canal (in red on the picture). It will be the only way to reach the visiting supporters’ stand.

In addition, fans are advised to arrive at Metz’s Stade Saint-Symphorien no sooner than at 1:30 pm (local time), since the access will be closed till this time.
